Design and performance of a UHV fatigue drive
Abstract
A simple fatigue drive that permits fatiguing of specimens in the flexural mode at rates up to 30 Hz under ultrahigh vacuum conditions has been built and successfully tested in fatigue-enhanced photoemission studies.
