Investigation of dynamic processes of thermal drift in float gyroscopes
Abstract
An analysis is presented of the errors of float gyroscopes arising as a result of time-dependent inhomogeneous temperature fields in such instruments. The differential equations of motion of an integrating gyroscope and of a gyrotachometer are solved with allowance for the dependence of the convective moment on time and the angular velocity of the float.
