The correction of the error of an eddy-current transducer by means of a magnetic semiconductor inverter
Abstract
The design of a digital self-correcting eddy-current transducer system on the basis of a magnetic semiconductor inverter is presented. The way in which the inverter is used to correct the transducer error is described. The circuit diagram of a self-correcting eddy-current transducer for measuring the geometric parameters of nonferromagnetic articles is presented.
