Band-rejection filter with controllable gate width from an expanded bridge
Abstract
The paper discusses a filter design whose circuits contain the least amount of elements, yet allows for the most filtration. The calculations of a bridge with two equal and two proportional branches are presented and the resulting diagrams are drawn. Attention is given to the equations for boundary frequencies of the band-rejection filter as well as for the resonance frequencies. Other calculations of the stop band through bounded gyro-frequencies are presented and their results are tabulated. Graphs depicting the damping process of the band-rejection filter (independent of the normal frequency omega), and three damping curves of differing gate width are given.
