Noise immunity of storage units in static bipolar circuits of auxiliary memories
Abstract
A method for investigating the static and dynamic noise immunity of bipolar integrated circuits in auxiliary memories is proposed. The static noise immunity is analyzed on the basis of the word characteristics of the memory, while the dynamic (impulsive) noise immunity is studied on the basis of the amplitude-time characteristics of the memory.
