Convection of an electrically conducting fluid in a coaxial clearance
Abstract
A numerical analysis in an inductionless approximation, is carried out on the gravitational convection of an electrically conducting fluid in the gap between horizontal coaxial cylinders. The influence of the Hartmann number on the flow structure, the velocity, and the heat transfer through the gap is studied.
