Reduced distribution functions of a microcanonically distributed plasma
Abstract
The exact and limiting reduced distribution functions have been derived for any subsystem of a microcanonically distributed one-component plasma consisting of N electrons surrounded by a homogeneous continuous background of positive charge. In the derivation the Coulomb interaction potential of all the electrons of the system was taken into account and retained in the Hamiltonian of the subsystem.
