The redshift constant of galaxies
Abstract
A survey of determinations of the Hubble constant is presented, and it is shown that its value cannot be very small (Popov, 1976). At present its most reasonable value is (100 plus or minus 15) km/s.Mpc or E = 3.2 x 10 to the -18th per s (Allen, 1964).
