A polyphase microelectronic watt-hour meter
Abstract
A hybrid microelectronic polyphase watt-hour meter circuit is described. The circuit utilizes three four-quadrant pulse-width-sampling type multipliers (time-division multipliers) followed by an analog-to-pulse-rate converter. Performance, reliability, and long-term stability are considered.
