B. Szeidl, Konkoly Observatory, cables that M. Lovas has discovered a supernova 8" west and 7" south of the nucleus of an anonymous galaxy located at R.A. = 13h17m.4, Decl. = +34o30' (equinox 1950.0). On Apr. 18 the object was of photographic magnitude 16.0.
