Spatial and temporal extrapolation of foF2 gradients during sunrise
Abstract
An attempt is made to determine the time periods and distance scales within which the regular component of the F2-region inhomogeneity is dominant. Spatial and temporal extrapolations of the foF2 gradient during sunrise are used to study the large-scale regular inhomogeneity of the F2 region.
