Design of digital filters for interpolation of periodic nonequidistant sequences
Abstract
The filter design method described is developed from a well known digital interpolating filter design. Aspects discussed include the interpolation task and conditions, representing the interpolator as a time invariable system with several inputs and outputs, as well as with one input and several outputs, and the definition of an error function. An example is considered to show the results of the design.
