Earth satellite in orbit, progress detailed: Magnion in orbit
Abstract
The temporal and spatial structure of low frequency electromagnetic fields in the ionosphere and magnetosphere of the earth is studied. The research is conducted by the simultaneous measurement of several selected indicators by two space objects moving in the same trajectory. The measurement data are transmitted to stations on earth by two telemetric transmitters operating on frequencies from 137 to 400 MHz. The operation of the satellites is controlled by a command communications system whose flight deck part is composed of two receivers with a decoding device.
