Efficient algorithms for on-board array processing
Abstract
It is noted that computation costs for spaceborne and avionics applications can be reduced with algorithms requiring a minimum of arithmetic operations and tolerating reduced precision (word length). Several computationally efficient algorithms are described for digital adaptive array application. Algorithms based on modern square-root filtering techniques are presented.
