Detection of signals with random phase in sea clutter
Abstract
Two methods for detection of signals with random phase in sea clutter are presented under the assumption that the interfering noise distribution is known only by quantiles. Using performance, simplicity of implementation and stability of the test thresholds as measures of superiority these two detectors are compared with other known detectors and are shown to be better.
