Synthesis of a radio tracking meter, optimal with respect to the criterion of maximum probability of an error staying within certain bounds
Abstract
The paper examines the synthesis of a multidimensional nonstationary linear smoothing filter that contains elements which depend both on the random error vector and the dynamic error vector. This synthesis procedure makes it possible to construct tracking meters that are optimal with respect to the maximum probability of errors staying within certain bounds.
