Thin-film ferromagnetic angle converters employing the planar Hall effect
Abstract
A theory of thin-film ferromagnetic elements which use the planar Hall effect to convert angular quantities is developed. Analytical expressions for the output signal at large and small angles of rotation in the magnetic field are derived.
