Stability of complex systems
Abstract
The paper examines a complex system of differential equations with a small parameter related to subsystem coupling. The unperturbed motion of a degenerate system is uniformly stable. The problem of the uniform stability of unperturbed motion of this sort of complex system is solved by the analysis of the sign of the means (forming the sequence) in a certain manifold in the vicinity of the zero.
