Nonstationary random vibrations of multiple-mass systems
Abstract
The moment method is used to investigate the nonstationary vibrations of a multimass system subjected to random disturbances which can be represented as the superposition of stationary random functions with zero mathematical delay and modulated determinate time functions. Particular consideration is given to disturbances acting on the system with varying degrees of delay as well as to disturbances that propagate with varying velocity.
