Modeling of rotating overdense configurations of the general theory of relativity
Abstract
A numericoanalytical method is proposed for calculating such physical characteristics of the internal structure of baryon stars and other overdense rotating configurations, such as the angular velocity field and density and pressure distribution, from the form of the gravitational field generated by a given object. Some aspects of obtaining exact solutions of general relativity theory, which describe the rotating matter and the gravitational field both within and beyond such objects as baryon stars and galactic nuclei, are examined.
