A Digital Ellipsometer
Abstract
An ellipsometer is made using a spinning analyzer and a photoelectric rotary encoder. The azimuth and the ellipticity of elliptically polarized light can be measured in digital presentation with an accuracy better than ±0.006° (±22'').
