Blazing speed monolithic integrated circuits
Abstract
The need for extremely high speed/frequency monolithic functional devices is illustrated in terms of the revolutionary approaches to electromagnetic system design thereby engendered. A comparison of various approaches (e.g., silicon, III-V, Josephson) is made for current laboratory state-of-the-art and future projections for each are rendered. Research opportunities in the various technologies are offered
