Lunar occultations of the Hyades and diameters of Alpha Tauri and theta 1 Tauri.
Abstract
Two-color, limb-darkened angular diameters of 20.8 arc ms for a Tauri and 2.6 arc ms for O Tauri were determined from reappearance observations of the 22 September 1978 lunar occultation of part of the Hyades cluster. O Tauri and the close visual double HD 28363 were each resolved into two components.
