A complex radio source in the center of Abell 2218.
Abstract
Radio observations of the cluster of galaxies Abell 2218 at a frequency of 2.7 GHz with a half-power beam width of approximately 4.4 arcmin are reported. A radio map is presented which reveals a previously undetected weak complex radio source with a flux density of 28 mJy in the central region of this cluster. An observed cooling effect is briefly discussed.
