Interferometric attitude determination with the Global Positioning System
Abstract
This paper developes a linear error model for an interferometer attitude system. Using the Global Positioning System (GPS) as its signal source this error model estimates three-axis spacecraft attitude, gyro misalignments, and gyro drift. A functional block error analysis of the interferometer receiver group is presented along with the results of a digital simulation.
