Turbulence measurements in the three-dimensional boundary layer on a yawed flat plate at incidence
Abstract
Results of a series of experiments are presented, which deal with the turbulence structure of a 3-D layer boundary layer past a simple body. Attention is given to the calculation of averaged Reynolds stresses, taking into account components of mean, turbulent, and fluctuating velocities, particularly with reference to the elliptic leading edge.
