Experimental determination of heat transfer coefficient when emptying gas vessels
Abstract
A determination of the heat transfer coefficient for gas vessels being emptied is presented. Transient processes in satellite pneumatic systems are discussed. The validity of using the Mikheev formula to calculate emptying processes, with a refinement to the heat transfer coefficient, is reported.
