Computation of the equilibrium points in an electric network with many machines
Abstract
A multiple interconnected machine network, itself connected to an external network of infinite capacity, was studied. The differential equations were established assuming a third order model for each machine. The equilibrium points were identified by exploring several alternative methods. A procedure is suggested, based on the model, that requires less computing time, and has greater efficiency. A computer printout case is shown.
