Numerical analysis of the characteristics of a millimeter-wave waveguide rectifier-flange
Abstract
Numerical results are presented for a rectifier based on a waveguide T-circulator in the 32-38 GHz range for different parameters of the ferrite-dielectric insert. The characteristics of the rectifier are studied as a function of the position of the insert in the junction and as a function of the reflection coefficient and phase of the absorbing load in the side arm. A computer program for implementing the calculations is briefly discussed.
