Anomalous photoconductivity and spectral memory in semiconductor systems
Abstract
The work covers such topics as anomalous conductivity of mercury-doped films of amorphous selenium, kinetic and thermal properties of the anomalous conductivity of selenium films, the spectral memory of the electrical properties of selenium films, and anomalous conductivity in such systems as HgSe-As2Se3, HgSe-Sb2S3, and n-InSe. Several models of anomalous conductivity are discussed including the trapping center model, the subcolloid model, and the heterojunction model. Some applications of anomalous photoconductivity are considered including those related to the design of optoelectronic equipment and memory devices.
