Data concerning the vibrations of a perfectly incompressible heavy fluid contained in a reservoir subject to small oscillations
Abstract
Two methods are presented to study the behavior of a heavy vibrating liquid. The first consists of an extrapolation from the Neumann problem, in which an analogy is drawn between the effect of vibration on the reservoir and that of forced vibrations in the fluid itself.
