Free MHD-convection in the boundary layer on flat and axisymmetric bodies
Abstract
In the present paper, the local similarity method is used in conjunction with the Karman-Pohlhausen integral method to analyze the heat transfer characteristics of free MHD-convection in boundary layers on plates, vertical cones, horizontal cylinders, and spheres. Computational relations are derived for the asymptotic case of strong MHD interaction.
