The radius of the dwarf cepheid ZZ Mic.
Abstract
Summary. We present BV photometry for ZZ Mic. On the assumption that the velocity variation during pulsation is a inirror image of the light curve and knowing the velocity amplitude, we estimate a radius of 1.7 solar radii using a Wesselink method. We conclude that ZZ Mic is a somewhat evolved population I star.
