Investigation of the energy spectra of highly charged ions in the 1s/2/2s/2/2p/5/3d configuration in the relativistic approximation
Abstract
The paper presents a theoretical study, in the DiracHartreeFock approximation, of the energy spectra of highly charged ions. As illustrations, the energy spectra of the 1s(2)2s(2)2p(5)3d configuration and wavelengths of the 1s(2)2s(2)2p(5)3d1s(2)2s(2)2p(6) transition in the case of Z in the range of 2674 and Z = 74 are calculated and provided in tables. The computed results agree well with experimental data.
