Heat transfer in nonhomogeneous turbulent flow
Abstract
Equations for heat transfer in a weakly nonhomogeneous turbulent flow are derived by means of a perturbation theory with use of a determined model of turbulence. An expression for the coefficient of turbulent heat conduction is obtained in terms of turbulence parameters. The procedure is an attempt to find a direct method to replace semiempirical approaches previously used.
