Dielectric plate antenna for monolithic Schottky-diode detectors
Abstract
The responsivity of monolithic-type Schottky-diode detectors with a dipole resonant antenna has been improved using a dielectric plate antenna. An increase in gain of more than 10 dB has been obtained in the preliminary experiments at 10 GHz band.
