Modeling radar reflections from randomly moving scatterers
Abstract
The reflected signal from the randomly moving scatterers on a target is a sinusoidal with a random phase and random amplitude. The scattering function is derived. This model can be used to discriminate different targets as well as modeling clutter echoes.
