A highprecision finitedifference method for the solution of stationary NavierStokes equations
Abstract
A Hermitiantype finitedifference scheme for the numerical solution of NavierStokes equations is developed. The velocitypressure formulation of the NavierStokes equations is treated by use of the scheme. The solution algorithm, based on an alternatingdirection method, is tested for the case of an exact solution.
