Tabulations of raindrop induced forward and backward scattering amplitudes
Abstract
Tables of raindrop-induced forward and backward scattering amplitudes are presented for a wide range of frequencies (4, 6, 11, 14, 19, 24, 28, 30, and 33 GHz) and propagation zenith angles (90, 75, 60, 45, 30, and 15 deg). These data, unavailable in the literature, may be employed to perform multiple scattering analyses, radar backscattering calculations, and common volume interference evaluations.
