Flow-measurement using solar radiations
Abstract
Accurate measurement of low flow rate is important for the efficient utilization of energy reserves in solar storage tanks. Two methods are presented, thermistors and thermocouples, for providing real-time (on the order of 1 sec) information on flow rate using electronic prediction. It is noted that the suitability of the filter unit depends on the noise level in the system.
