Development of improved design methods for digital filtering systems
Abstract
Design methods for digital filters used in discrete time control systems are described. The sampling interval is first used as a design parameter. Then new design methods for digital control algorithms that minimize multiplication requirements are developed. Interactive software for aiding the design and implementation of digital control algorithms is described.
