Heat transfer in multiply connected regions
Abstract
A straightforward solution method for determining the heat transfer in multiply connected regions is presented. The solution generates a series of orthonormal functions which are solutions of Laplace's equation and which satisfy the boundary conditions in the leastsquares sense. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the procedure.
