Coordinate accuracy of a multifrequency interferometer
Abstract
Attention is given to a multichannel radio-interferometer for measuring astronomical coordinates. The angular coordinate is calculated from signal delay measurements made by the interferometer. An analysis of anomalous errors of measurement allows one to obtain more realistic estimates of coordinate accuracy than with more conventional methods.
