Proximal relations and Pnflows
Abstract
Proximal relations and related notions in flows are investigated, and the dense action property in flows is introduced. The latter is a special property of the topological phase group on the phase space in a given flow. The dense action property is independent of being distal or proximal. Some relations between flows with the dense action property and homomorphisms are described. A sufficient condition for a flow to have the dense action property is explored. It is shown that every mimimal set of a compact flow has the dense action property. Various properties of proximal relations in flows are described, and the products of P to the nth power flows are developed. Finally, some related examples are presented.
