Experimental determination of vibrational energy transfer of CO 2 laser by current modulation
Abstract
Experimental and theoretical studies are presented of current modulation of a low-power CO 2 laser. It is found that the resonant energy transfer from vibrationally excited level of N 2 to (00 01) level of CO 2 mainly determines the modulated laser output.
