Etude structurale de Li 2TeO 4. Coordination du tellure VI et du lithium par les atomes d'oxygéne
Abstract
A single crystal of Li 2TeO 4 has been prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and its structure has been determined from three-dimensional X-ray analysis. The crystals are tetragonal, space group P4 122 with a = b = 6.045(3) Å, c = 8.290(2) Å, and Z = 4. The structure is a distorted inverse spinel with helicoidal chains of Te(VI) octahedra parallel to the [001] axis which can be formulated as [TeO 4] 2 n- n.
