Generalized temperature fields in a spherical cone
Abstract
The method of fundamental functions (in functional analysis) is applied to construct generalized temperature fields in a spherical cone with boundary conditions of the first kind specified on the boundary of the cone. Functions describing purely undulating temperature fields and ordinary (parabolic) temperature fields within and on the boundary of the spherical cone are derived.
