Problems of optimum design of quartz filter resonators with energy trapping
Abstract
The fundamental problems in the design of a plate AT-cut quartz filter resonator with a circular electrode, working at a fundamental harmonic, are treated. The investigation is based on the two-dimensional model theory. The required parameters of the resonator are the resonance frequency, and the equivalent inductance with its tolerance and level of monofrequency. The sensitivities of the equivalent inductance and probability characteristics of the parameters were calculated. The possibility of their optimization was discussed.
