Microwave-nanosecond-pulses with step-recovery-diodes, generation and analysis
Abstract
Some researches about generating short microwave-pulses are reported. Direct modulation of an oscillator with step-recovery-diodes produces nanosecond-pulses with frequencies about 30 GHz. The analysis of frequency distribution by dispersion in a rectangular waveguide shows determination only by time-dependence of the amplitude.
