2.8 and 6 cm wavelength observations of NGC 7822.
Abstract
Summary. We present observations of the galactic radio source W 1 (= NGC 7822) at wavelengths of 2.8 and 6 Cm. No linear polarization has been detected over this region. We conclude that the known exciting stars can account for the observed radio flux density at 6 Cm, and that W 1 is a thermal radio source. Key words: Supernova remnants - flux densities NGC7822 W1
